Parkway Elementary is a TK-6th grade community school that serves a diverse student population. We offer a safe, nurturing environment that focuses on culturally responsive, high quality instruction, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and Restorative Practices. Parent partnership is a priority and essential for student success in developing a love of learning. Parkway鈥檚 teachers and staff work collaboratively with the community to see that our scholars are lifelong learners and socially and emotionally prepared for the next day鈥檚 adventures.

Pacific Elementary is a neighborhood is a diverse school nestled next to Pacific Park on 41st street. We serve students in grades TK-6. Pacific utilizes a comprehensive curriculum that is embedded in social emotional learning, science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Onsite is our student support center which serves to provide students who have social, emotional ,behavioral or academic struggles. Pacific actively seeks and welcomes community partnerships that support us in providing the whole child approach to learning for all students.

O.W. Erlewine Elementary is a community school located in a quiet residential neighborhood along the American River Parkway. Erlewine School staff prides itself in providing a safe and nurturing environment from which our students can grow and learn. Erlewine鈥檚 campus is beautiful, eclectic and highlights an outdoor learning center that includes a vast nature area and expansive school-based learning garden. Erlewine offers a well-balanced standards-based instructional program, which is closely focused on meeting the individual needs of our students.

Miwok Middle School is known as 鈥淭he Pride of the City.鈥� We are proud that Miwok is a destination school for students from all over the greater Sacramento area. We strive to maintain a culturally inclusive environment where differences are valued and honored, and where all students feel they are safe and welcome. Our mission is to create an academic environment where students will be able to critically think, problem solve, work collaboratively, write proficiently, and possess skills necessary for future success.

Mark Twain鈥檚 mission is to build a positive school environment to meet the needs of each student by providing opportunities to develop academic and social skills necessary to meet grade level standards and to become passionate life鈥搇ong learners. Our staff aims to provide a safe and positive environment that values cultural and ethnic diversity, and that empowers families with meaningful opportunities to participate in their child鈥檚 education.

Leataata Floyd Elementary School (LFE) nurtures the whole child, supports their social emotional development and gives each student the support they need to learn and grow. Through an academically rigorous, culturally responsive and equitable curriculum, students receive the tools they need to thrive in both school and life. LFE strives to cultivate caring and trusting relationships with students and their families and invites the community to be actively involved in student learning and success.

John Still TK-8 has served the Meadowview area since the 1960鈥檚. John Still TK-8 offers free after school care, a host of after school enrichment opportunities, and provides a safe, structured, and positive environment overseen by an experienced staff. The John Still TK-8 Tigers field the following teams for 6th through 8th grade: volleyball (girls only), basketball, and soccer. In addition, 4th through 6th grade developmental basketball leagues routinely function out of the John Still K-8 gym. John Still TK-8 strives to provide a comprehensive education to all students.
