Health eTraining Courses
We have developed seven different sessions that address common health conditions within the school setting. This information is intended to be informational only, and does not substitute for medical advice in the event of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
All students with health conditions should be managed by their own primary care providers. However, some conditions require additional monitoring within the school setting. These modules can be used as a reference for all school personnel. Additional, specific instructions may be developed for individual students as needed.

Get vaccinated!
Information on School Requirements and Where to Get Immunizations
Staying current with immunizations is a valuable tool in protecting your child from dangerous diseases. It is also an essential component of preparing for school and meeting California Immunization Requirements for School Entry.
Vaccines are free to all children through their health insurance or through public programs such as Medi-Cal and CHDP. Whenever possible, students should receive vaccines during their annual physical exam with their healthcare provider.
