Step 1: Log in to MyChart. To access the login page, please go to聽

Step 2: Once logged in, select the child that is the patient for the virtual visit from the top icons.

Step 3: Go to the Visits tab and select Appointments and Visits.

Step 4: Find the upcoming appointment and select Details.

Step 5: Click on 鈥淐omplete the self-test鈥�.

Step 6: Return to Appointment Details, click the 鈥淯pdate Information鈥� button and complete all questions.

Step 7: Click the 鈥淏ack to Appointment Details鈥� button, then聽click the 鈥淐onnect to Telehealth Virtual Visit鈥� link at the bottom of the instructions.
