Program Information
The Culinary Academy prepares students for college and workplace through the study of Culinary Arts, Environmental Science and Urban Agriculture. Our program places an emphasis on teaching sustainability as a responsibility of industry and individuals. Learn to cook in a professional kitchen and work in the school gardens on campus while taking classes required for graduation and college admissions.
Students can apply to join a Rosemont specialty program as early as their 8th grade year to secure a placement, if space is available. Students starting at Rosemont in their 9th grade year will first join one of our four freshmen houses. Upon beginning in their sophomore year, student will then join their selected specialty program.

Students residing within the 麻豆果冻传媒 boundaries can submit an online application from November 4, 2024 at 8:00am, to November 22, 2024 at 5:00pm. Students living outside the 麻豆果冻传媒 boundaries can apply through the permit process from April 7, 2025 at 8:00am, to April 25, 2025 at 5:00pm.
