Youth Development Support Services (YDSS)
Youth Development Support Services (YDSS) provides support to teachers and school site administrators in creating an environment conducive to the achievement of academic, as well as social-emotional, success for all students. Services are based upon the philosophy of building resiliency to assure that students successfully adapt in the face of adversity and develop social, academic, and vocational competence.
English Learner Master Plan
The primary purpose of the English Learner Master Plan is:
- To provide the district and the schools with a clear statement of policies related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of English learner programs and services.
- To provide specific procedural guidelines for the identification, assessment, and placement of students; reclassification of students; notification and involvement of parents; the formation and functioning of the District English Learner Advisory Committee and site English Learner Advisory Committees; the annual evaluation of English learner programs; and the use of state and federal funds for EL programs and services.
- To align policies and procedures with current state and federal mandates.

Early Learning and Care Programs
Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s Early Learning and Care programs provide continuous comprehensive center-based and home-based services to expectant families, infants/toddlers, preschool and school-age children. Children have a natural curiosity and desire to learn so they are engaged in active learning with teachers providing learning experiences based on best practices reflecting how children develop and learn. We believe that a close home/school connection is essential for children to reach their full potential.
