SACRAMENTO—Sacramento  City Unified School District is hosting a job fair to fill classified positions such as bus drivers, food service assistants, and custodians on Wednesday, July 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the district headquarters located at5735 47th Ave. in Sacramento.

Other available jobs covered by the fair include instructional aides in special education and child development, library media tech assistants and various substitute positions.

SACRAMENTO, CA – On Wednesday night, the Sacramento City Unified Board of Education unanimously approved a $566.99 million budget at a special meeting of the board. While current revenues are sufficient to cover spending for the 2017-18 fiscal year, budget staff warned that spending in future years will need to be reduced in order to avoid fiscal trouble.

SACRAMENTO, CA – The Sacramento City Unified School District’s (Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½) Board of Education has completed its schedule of town hall meetings and finalized results of its online survey that sought community input on the desired qualities in a new superintendent. Eight meetings were held at schools and locations throughout the district with participation from over 372 attendees that represented a broad and diverse group of parents, students, staff and community members.
