Community forum on Midtown site co-hosted by City Councilman Hansen, 麻豆果冻传媒 Board Member Hansen

April 26, 2016 (Sacramento): Sacramento City Unified School District Board Member Jay Hansen and City Councilman Steve Hansen are co-hosting a community meeting on Thursday (April 28) to discuss the future of Jefferson School at 16th and N streets in Midtown.

The meeting will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Washington Elementary School, 520 18th St.

The following question was submitted regarding the LOI for Thomas Jefferson located at 1619 N St, Sacramento: 

Question: 鈥淚 had a question regarding the Jefferson LOI, I did a quick search on the State and national Park data base to see if the Jefferson site was registered historical and did not find anything.  Can you confirm whether or not the property is registered historical and if so under what agency/criteria.  That may impact potential funding sources.鈥�

The following question was submitted regarding the RFP for Thomas Jefferson located at 1619 N St, Sacramento: 

Question: Section IV, Sub-Section A, Item 9 鈥� 鈥淒o the will serve utility letters need to specify a particular size of building?鈥� 

Answer: No, just note that the site will be served with water, sewer, electric power, natural gas and other utilities for the cafeteria facility.
