West Campus celebrates state basketball varsity win with victory rally on Friday morning

WHAT:            The Sacramento City Unified School District will host a victory rally honoring the West Campus girls’ varsity basketball team for winning the CIF state championship. Local elected and community leaders and all students on campus will gather in the school gym to honor the team, present medals and hold a victory rally.

WHEN:            Friday, April 7th from 9:30 – 10:05 a.m.

SACRAMENTO, CA – The Sacramento City Unified School District’s (Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½) Board of Education has completed its schedule of town hall meetings and finalized results of its online survey that sought community input on the desired qualities in a new superintendent. Eight meetings were held at schools and locations throughout the district with participation from over 372 attendees that represented a broad and diverse group of parents, students, staff and community members. Comments from each town hall are posted on the district website.
