What is 鈥淕.A.T.E.?鈥 

The GATE program, 鈥淕ifted and Talented Education,鈥 includes educational services designed to address the learning needs of students who have been identified to receive gifted and/or talented educational supports. GATE services in 麻豆果冻传媒 are based on the most current research in gifted education.

  • All 3rd grade students (including those already identified for GATE) will take the CogAT.
  • Extra time is not to be given.
  • Make-Ups are encouraged to be handled at the school site.

麻豆果冻传媒 to help former students receive retroactive diplomas

December 16, 2015 (Sacramento):  Former 麻豆果冻传媒 students who completed all graduation requirements except passage of the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) may be eligible to receive a diploma retroactively.

In October, Governor Jerry Brown signed SB 172 allowing K-12 districts to award diplomas to eligible students who did not pass CAHSEE, which became a graduation requirement starting with the class of 2006. The new law takes effect January 1.
