Sacramento, CA – Sacramento City Unified School District (Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½) announced today that all upcoming Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ hosted COVID-19 vaccination clinics will now serve all community members ages 5 and up. Ages 5 to 11 are now eligible to receive Pfizer-BioNTech pediatric vaccine through the emergency use authorization from the United States Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Proceeds from the Central Kitchen Food Truck sales at the festival will benefit students throughout the district and offer a sneak peak at future lunch menu items provided by the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Nutrition Services Department.

Sacramento, CA – Today, the Sacramento City Unified School District welcomed students back for its first day of full in-person learning at all of its 75 school sites throughout the district. It is estimated that approximately 39,000 students will attend the first day in-person for the 2021-22 academic year after more than 18 months of disrupted learning due to COVID-19.

Sacramento, CA – Sacramento City Unified School District’s first day of full reopening is September 2, 2021. As part of its , the district is providing its roughly 41,000 students and 4,700 staff with testing at every one of its 75 school sites upon opening.
