Volunteer

Transporting seriously ill children to the hospital for life-saving medical treatment is not only essential but very rewarding.聽Connecting with the families we serve in this capacity is a unique experience.聽Another of our volunteers shares:

鈥淭he one thing that is memorable, and I hadn鈥檛 expected, is how people react to being picked up and brought to the hospital. People don鈥檛 just say 鈥榯hank you鈥 (casually).聽It鈥檚 the degree to which people express their gratefulness.鈥

Care-A-Van for Kids gladly and graciously welcomes anyone who wishes to volunteer in the program.
