Program Information

LEAD which stands for Leadership and Enrichment through Academic Development, is an Advanced Placement/Honors program that prepares its students to be critical thinkers, analytical readers and writers, effective communicators, and well-rounded citizens. Graduates of Rosemont’s LEAD Program will develop the skills necessary to be successful in their post-secondary pursuits, including the increasingly competitive world of not only college acceptances, but also the global workforce.

Students can apply to join a Rosemont specialty program as early as their 8th grade year to secure a placement, if space is available. Students starting at Rosemont in their 9th grade year will first join one of our four freshmen houses. Upon beginning in their sophomore year, student will then join their selected specialty program.

Students residing within the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ boundaries can submit an online application from November 4, 2024 at 8:00am, to November 22, 2024 at 5:00pm. Students living outside the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ boundaries can apply through the permit process from April 7, 2025 at 8:00am, to April 25, 2025 at 5:00pm.
