Principal Bulletin Informational

Indoor Face Masking Required 

Per Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ policy, all individuals within a Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ school or workplace must wear a face mask when indoors while Sacramento County remains in the .  Please ensure all workplace, school and classroom entrances are stocked with face masks.  The recommends choosing a well-fitting respirator mask (N95, KN95, KF94). Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ will notify all community members of any revisions to the face masking requirement.

Health Aides

All school sites will have at least one Health Aide on campus for the 22-23 school year.  Health aides will be returning to school sites on Monday, August 15.  Please be sure the health aides have access to the Care Room each day, and have a place to sign in and out.  They are available to provide testing and help out on your campus as we prepare for the new school year .  

Pre-Entry Testing

At-Home Covid Test kits will be distributed to schools and departments starting the week of August 15.  Please encourage students, families and staff to pick up a test kit before school starts and test before returning to school.

Albert Einstein MS Center is closed for the summer.

Sacramento County also offers free COVID-19 testing. . 

Positive Case Reports 

Report all positive cases to covidreport@scusd.edu, even if the individual was not on campus when infectious.  It is important that everyone understands the criteria for returning to school or work from a Covid infection.  Contact tracing staff will provide this guidance and send documentation to each individual and their school site or department.

Return to Health Plan Updated 7/26/22

Covid mitigation measures remain largely unchanged from the end of last year.  Please review the updated  for further details.  A multidisciplinary team of District staff will present during the operations training time on Covid mitigation measures for the 22-23 school year.  As Covid variants continue to evolve and change, we may find ourselves needing to revise our mitigation measures throughout the school year.

´¡·¡¶Ù’s have gone the summer without a check.  Ensure your site is ready in case of sudden cardiac arrest on your site.  Please check your AED and report via the email link sent to you or here:   If you have questions about your AED contact Lisa Musser at 916-826-4863.
