鈥楶eace Rally鈥 Culminates a Week of Teen Tolerance-Building Activities
What: Hundreds of teens from several regional high schools are staging a 鈥淧eace Rally鈥 to bring attention to rising gang violence and an increase in teen crime victims. Hosted by the Sacramento Youth Commission, the rally culminates a week of peace-related activities on various campuses throughout Sacramento.

Rosa Parks Middle School Targeted For Turnaround as Seventh 鈥楶riority School鈥
Rosa Parks Middle School has been named Sacramento鈥檚 seventh Superintendent鈥檚 Priority School, expanding 麻豆果冻传媒鈥檚 bold school improvement effort that is already seeing positive results on six other campuses, Superintendent Jonathan Raymond announced Thursday.
As a Priority School, Rosa Parks will get extra resources and innovations to boost learning though improved teaching, engaging curriculum and strong family and community connections.
