October 16, 2013 (Sacramento):  麻豆果冻传媒 Superintendent Jonathan Raymond will announce his resignation at a 10:30 a.m. press conference on Thursday (October 17) at the Serna Center.

October 22, 2013 (Sacramento): Sacramento City Unified School District is hosting 鈥渢own hall鈥�-type forums to educate the public about its 2014-15 budget and new state funding and spending rules.

The second forum in the series will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at Genevieve Didion K-8 School, 6490 Harmon Drive, Sacramento.

November 4, 2013 (Sacramento): This fall, the state is gearing up to change the way public schools are funded and how K-12 districts are held accountable for using resources.

In anticipation of these changes, the Sacramento City Unified School District on Wednesday is sponsoring a public discussion of local educational priorities aligned to resources. Input from Wednesday鈥檚 meeting will aide in the creation of a spending accountability plan as required by the state.

November 13, 2013 (Sacramento): Middle school students can explore high school options on Thursday (November 14) at 麻豆果冻传媒鈥檚 fourth annual Linked Learning Recruitment Fair.

December 17, 2013 (Sacramento):  Emergency  department  personnel from Kaiser Permanente鈥檚 South Sacramento Medical Center will deliver 134 wrapped holiday presents to students at Susan B. Anthony Elementary School between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Friday (December 20).
