Student & Staff Rights Under Title IX

The Sacramento City Unified School District is committed to providing an educational environment free of unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature including sexual advances, requests for sexual favor, and other verbal or physical conduct or communications constituting sexual harassment, as defined and otherwise prohibited by state and federal law.  Sexual harassment includes verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature which may have a negative impact upon the victim’s academic or work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational/work environment.

A Substitute Teaching Permit can be obtained through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Our District Wellness Committee meets the first Wednesday of the month (except during holidays) at 4pm either virtually or at the district Serna Center in person.

The 2024-25 SPSA Mid-Year Review is Now Open in DTS
All Grades

The SPSA Mid-year Review form is now open and will close on December 13, 2024. To prepare for the review, please collect local data that will help you determine whether your planned high-leverage strategies/activities have been effective in achieving your goals thus far. This Mid-year Review and analysis should assist in making updates to your SPSA in preparation for the 2025-26 school year.
