ACHIEVING SHARED GOALS IN SERVICE OF OUR STUDENTS In negotiations with SCTA, the district is offering: On top of already providing the highest compensation in the region, the District is offering to pay: 100% of health care coverage for ALL SCTA-represented employees AND their families, AND a raise, AND one-time bonuses, AND additional paid professional development days. 100% PAY INCREASE ONE TIME BONUSES MORE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INCREASED PAY FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS PAID COVERAGE 鈥� Ongoing 3% salary increase starting in the 2021-22 school year. . On Wednesday, March 30, the Sacramento City Unified School District (麻豆果冻传媒) negotiations team met with SCTA throughout the afternoon and continues to meet tonight. The district鈥檚 negotiations team is also meeting with SEIU this evening.

On Tuesday, March 29, the Sacramento City Unified School District (麻豆果冻传媒) continued to meet in separate negotiations sessions with SCTA and SEIU. Sacramento, CA - On Saturday, March 26, Sacramento City Unified School District (麻豆果冻传媒) negotiations team met with representatives from SEIU to discuss our proposal to increase compensation for SEIU-represented employees. The district鈥檚 proposal includes the following increases in compensation for SEIU-represented employees:
