At the June 20 meeting of the Sacramento City Unified School District Board, the Board announced the appointment of Sharifa Siti-Bolton as Principal of Parkway Elementary.  

The Board recognized and thanked outgoing Student Board Member Liliana Grace Miller Segura, who graduated this month from West Campus High School. As Student Board Member, Liliana represented the 麻豆果冻传媒 student body and provided a student voice for the 麻豆果冻传媒鈥檚 Board of Education. 

Open Enrollment for Grades K-8

Overview

Thank you for your interest in Sacramento City Unified School District鈥檚 Open Enrollment Application for Grades K-8. 

The application window for the 2025-2026 Open Enrollment will be February 3, 2025 at 8:00am 鈥� February 21, 2025 at 5:00pm. Information on schools and/or programs that will be participating and the application process will be available in January 2025. 

High School Specialty Programs

Overview

Thank you for your interest in Sacramento City Unified School District鈥檚 high school specialty programs. Our high school specialty programs offer students the opportunity to dive deeper into an area of interest that may support a future career pathway. These free public education programs give students a chance to learn about industries outside of standard core subjects, like culinary arts, digital media, criminal justice, construction and more.

The application window for 2025-2026 High School Specialty Programs will be November 4, 2024 at 8:00am - November 22, 2024 at 5:00pm. More Information about the programs that will be participating and the application process will be posted in October 2024. 

School Choice

Overview

The Sacramento City Unified School District allows all students residing within its boundaries to enroll in district schools or programs other than their home school, subject to availability.

2024-25 Mental Health Crisis Response & Recovery Procedures
All Grades

Dear Site and Department leaders- 

This bulletin is to share out the 2024-25 麻豆果冻传媒 Mental Health Crisis Response Procedures. 麻豆果冻传媒鈥檚 Mental Health Crisis Response (MHCR) Team is a vital component of the school and district safety protocols. In the event of a crisis, the Mental Health Crisis Response team consists of primarily the site-based support staff (school counselor, psychologist, social worker, etc). If it is assessed that additional Crisis Response team members are needed, crisis response staff will be dispatched.
