Rosemont and Chinese Taipei Teams Preparing for FIRST Robotics Sacramento Regional

Sacramento, CA - The Rosemont High School Robotics team will host a team from Chinese Taipei on Monday, March 11 and Tuesday, March 12. This opportunity will allow Rosemont students to engage with students from another country and also allow the Chinese Taipei team to work on their robot following their entry in the San Francisco Regional held the previous weekend.

Please bring donations of full-size items like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, diapers, wipes, deodorant, socks, hairbrushes, pads and tampons to Serna Center (5735 47th Ave.) and leave them in the blue bin by the front desk in the lobby. Now through December 22, we are collecting donations of hygiene items to provide to unhoused students and families in need. Donations will be distributed to our unhoused community in the weeks following Winter Break.

Sac City Unified Collecting Winter Jackets for Student Jacket Drive

Sacramento, CA - The Sacramento City Unified School District is organizing a Jacket Drive for its students most in need. Bring new or gently used jackets for students to help them stay warm this winter. All jacket sizes are welcome for our TK through high school aged students.

Jackets can be donated at the 麻豆果冻传媒 Serna Center (5735 47th Ave, Sacramento) now through Friday, November 17. In the front lobby, donors will find a large blue bin to leave the coats for kids between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

SACRAMENTO - Sacramento City Unified School District announced today the debut of a new Mental Health Wellness App for students. The app, called grace, stands for 鈥淕iving Resources and Care Everyday.鈥�  The wellness app was created by students, for students and connects users with school-based resources, local community resources, a virtual calming room, crisis support lines and more.
